“We
decided to retire at Salmonberry Beach for several reasons.
We appreciated the small, environmentally-sensitive development
that offered proximity to some of our favorite pastimes: walking
on the beach, fishing, and crabbing. We love this area of the
coast because it has not been commercialized - so it has that
small, restful town flavor -yet it is still close enough to
cities that we don't feel isolated.” C.D. |

“Salmonberry
Beach was a wonderful discovery for us. We like that each home
will be thoughtfully designed. The dramatic coastal beauty of
Salmonberry reminds us of the beaches near Point Reyes in Northern
California. We love the fact that Salmonberry is in the town
of Grayland, a community of cranberry farmers and fishermen.
The shops in Grayland are authentic; they cater to locals, not
tourists. When we come to Salmonberry we feel like we are in
a different country because the pace is so much more relaxed.
It is hard to believe that it is less than 2 hours from our
home!” N.L. |

"We
feel Salmonberry is paradise. You cannot find privacy and seclusion
like Salmonberry Beach elsewhere in the U.S. It is truly the
Pacific Northwest's "Best Kept Secret". If NWCN did
a story on this property, the remaining lots would all be sold
in a week. We cannot wait to start building our home there."

"Salmonberry
is in a lovely location. We really appreciate how Natalie and
Steve planned the property to be a small community of just 15
homes that are not too close together and have maintained view
corridors to the water as much as possible by situating the
foot prints for each house on each of the lots. Having the utilities
already in place was a huge attraction for us. Salmonberry is
a very easy two-hour drive from Redmond. We can't wait to enjoy
the annual Grayland kite festival from our beach house.”

“We
picked Salmonberry because we wanted to build a second home
surrounded by nature in an area that offers a lot for a family
to do together. The fact that there is really great surfing
nearby was the clincher!” S.L. |
