Salmonberry Beach is an environmentally sensitive development on pristine oceanfront in Grayland, Washington. The property’s 11.35 acres consist of grassland edged by dense forest and wetland with rolling dunes along the oceanfront.

Salmonberry Beach’s 15 residential homesites vary in size from 7,200 square feet to 19,850 square feet. Approximately 6 acres surrounding the individual homesites will be owned in common by all Salmonberry homesite owners, making this an unusually “low density” development. This shared acreage has been landscaped with native vegetation and drought-resistant plants to offer both visual interest and privacy to the homesites. Consequently, Salmonberry Beach will look and feel like homes in a large park.

Either vacation homes or primary residences may be built at Salmonberry. However, every home must comply with the development’s covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) and be accepted by the development’s Architectural Control Committee. These requirements ensure that each home is of enduring quality, architecturally appealing, and compatible both with the other homes in the development and the coastal landscape.

Each homesite already has water, electricity, septic drain fields, telephone and cable in place.
